While our coaches are all volunteers, many of them have coached and/or refereed for years. Others have played at the high school or college level

Training Requirements

SafeSport: Annual training to prevent, recognize and respond to forms of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse and misconduct.

Heads Up: Training to recognize the signs and symptoms of concussions and the protocols to follow when detected.

Background Check: All of our coaches undergo a background check every two years to
US Soccer Licenses

Our coaches are required, at a minimum, to complete at least one of the US Soccer Grassroots courses

We strive to have at least one coach in the organization with their D License
